Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Prepare and update daily reports, MIS reports, and other required documentation.
Handle data entry tasks within assigned timelines.
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry or a similar role.
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of inventory management and stock records.
Experience in maintaining purchase, sales, or billing records.
Basic knowledge of MIS reporting.
