Job Description

Data Entry Operator / Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing digital records, spreadsheets, and company databases. [1, 2, 3]Core Responsibilities

Data Input: Transcribe text, numbers, customer details, or financial documents from physical paperwork, scans, or audio sources into digital systems.
Verification & Error Correction: Cross-check entries against source documents, spot discrepancies, and fix errors (data cleansing).
Record Management: Organize both digital and physical files, maintain filing systems, and perform regular data backups.
Report Generation: Compile data summaries, logs, or operational reports for internal departments.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company, financial, or customer information under strict data privacy guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Typically a High School Diploma, 12th Pass, or equivalent (some roles accept 10th Pass).
Typing & Speed: Fast and accurate typing speed (frequently expected around 40–60 words per minute).
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and database or CRM systems.
Attention to Detail: High precision to prevent costly errors in large volumes of numbers or records.
Organization & Time Management: Ability to meet daily processing deadlines independently

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
