Full Job Description

• Prepare and sort data files for MIS creation
• Transfers information/ source data into the required electronic format
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computerized record keeping
• Review data for any potential errors or deficiencies, check any incompatibilities between various data sources and make sure the data being inputted is error free
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Create data backups as part of contingency plan
• Provide data to authorized members in a timely manner whenever a request is raised
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Preparing power point presentation & basic data analytics
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
• Keep information confidential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
