1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-proficient Data Entry Operator to support our Quality Control (QC) and Commercial departments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering inspection and commercial data, preparing reports, maintaining documentation and coordinating with internal departments.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Quality Control (QC) Documentation

• Enter and maintain daily QC inspection data and quality records.
• Prepare and update inspection reports, rejection reports and quality checklists.
• Maintain records of inward material inspection and final product inspection.
• Update defect, rework and rejection data in Excel.
• Maintain proper documentation of QC reports and records.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Production departments for data collection.

B. Commercial Data Entry & Documentation

• Enter purchase orders, sales orders and other commercial details into the system.
• Maintain customer, supplier and vendor records.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans and other commercial documents as assigned.
• Maintain records of material dispatches and inward/outward transactions.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and daily/monthly data statements.
• Ensure accuracy of commercial entries and documentation.

C. General Responsibilities

• Maintain systematic filing of physical and digital documents.
• Perform data verification and ensure error-free entries.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Stores and Accounts departments.
• Handle other data entry and documentation activities assigned by the reporting manager.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com graduate with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
• Knowledge of data entry, documentation and report preparation.
• Basic understanding of QC documentation and commercial activities.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing companies.
• Experience in Quality Control documentation and Commercial data entry.
• Candidates residing within 10 KM of Suraram, Hyderabad.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
