Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day Tally-related work and purchase entries.
Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).
Prepare Delivery Challans and DA Rejection Notes.
Maintain and update Excel sheets, Google Sheets and departmental registers.
Handle purchase and stores-related documentation and record maintenance.
Coordinate with transporters (Porters) for logistics-related activities.
Manage docket tracking, follow-ups and related documentation.
Ensure accuracy of data entry and proper maintenance of records.

Required Skills

Working knowledge of Tally and MS Office.
Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of purchase and stores documentation.
Basic understanding of logistics and docket tracking.
Good documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification & Experience

B.Com graduate with working knowledge of Tally.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Stores / Documentation.
Languages: Marathi, English and Hindi.
