Job Description – Data Entry Operator

About the Role:

Bookford Publications Pvt. Ltd., a leading children’s books and puzzles publishing house, is looking for a disciplined and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Mundka office. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel and should live close to Rohini, Vikaspuri, Paschim Vihar, or Nangloi for easy commute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in company records, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
• Assist with preparing reports and documents using MS Word and Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the accounts, sales, and operations team with required data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Disciplined, punctual, and responsible in work approach.
• Must live nearby Mundka (Rohini, Vikaspuri, Paschim Vihar, Nangloi areas preferred).
• Ability to work with focus and complete tasks on time.
