About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Accurately process new insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations 2. Maintain and update policy records in the database 3. Verify and correct data discrepancies 4. Provide backend assistance for customer inquiries related to policy status, updates, or modifications 5.
