Data Engineer - Python/SQL

The role at Wipro Limited is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client's end and ensure they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and design of the product/software, developing software solutions, investigating problem areas in the software development life cycle, facilitating root cause analysis, and identifying ideas to improve system performance. You will collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, and project managers to ensure software capabilities are met. Your duties will also include coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, evaluating operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. You will compile timely documentation, reports, and provide feedback on usability and serviceability. Additionally, you will be expected to report status updates, focus on customer requirements, capture feedback for quality work, participate in continuing education, consult with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces, document and demonstrate solutions, ensure good quality interaction with customers, and respond timely to customer requests. The performance parameters for this role include Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, Quality & CSAT, and MIS & Reporting. Mandatory skills required for this role are Python for Insights, with an experience range of 3-5 years.
