Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer with expertise in SSIS, ETL, and SQL Server, you will be responsible for working on projects in locations like Gr. Noida, Bangalore, and Pune. This is a full-time position with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM IST. It is essential that you can join within 0-30 days from the date of application. Your primary skills should include SSIS, SSRS, ETL, and T-SQL. Additionally, having a background in insurance, especially in P&C, would be advantageous for this role. Ideally, you should have experience in the P&C insurance domain. You will be required to demonstrate hands-on experience in ETL and Data Warehousing concepts, tools, software applications, and ad-hoc reporting concepts. Specifically, you should have proficiency in the following areas: - Creating and deploying SSIS packages or other ETL tools like Data Insights, SAP BO Data Services, or Informatica. - Reporting using SSRS or similar tools like SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, or Crystal Reports. - T-SQL scripting and working with RDBMS including joins, queries, stored procedures, and views. - Understanding data development and data modeling concepts. - Writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code following the best software development practices. - Developing scripts and functions for various database systems while creating efficient methods to access stored information.
