Project Role :Data Centre Lead

Project Role Description :Manage the physical components of a data center, such as floor space, air conditioning, power, installations. Manage vendors and vendor components. Typically manage 24/7 services, such as batch management and system event monitoring. Manage data center operators.

Summary:As a Data Centre Lead, you will oversee the essential physical components of a data center, ensuring optimal management of floor space, air conditioning, power installations, and vendor relationships. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to maintain 24/7 services, including batch management and system event monitoring, while also supervising data center operators to ensure smooth operations and adherence to best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance data center efficiency and reliability.- Monitor and report on data center performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are met. Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.- Strong understanding of data center operations and management.- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.- Knowledge of power and cooling systems in data centers.- Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
