Job Description

The Senior MIS Executive / Data Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting key data to support business decision-making. This role involves developing and maintaining MIS reports, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track business performance. Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decisions. Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and monitor performance. Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 35 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a related role. Experience in a similar industry (e.g., finance, IT, manufacturing) is preferred. Proficiency in Excel (advanced level, including VBA/Macros). Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI , Tableau , or similar. Knowledge of databases and query languages like SQL . Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages like Python or R (optional but preferred).
