Job Description

Role & responsibilities Interpretation of the complex sales data and building simple frameworks related to intricacies involved with real estate parameters like opportunity count, site visits, conversion etc Incumbent should have thorough knowledge of sales force app. Will be instrumental in identifying trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets. Create best practices report based on data mining, analysis and visualization. Should carry excellent operational knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint. Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data. Need to interact directly with senior management in sales team and gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships. Create and maintain rich interactive visualisations through data interpretations and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources. The incumbent should carry more than 8 years of experience in similar role, people from real estate background will be given preference.
