Job Description

Educational Qualification : B-Tech in Civil Work Experience : Minimum three to six years experience in construction industry /Construction materials Procurement. Job Description : Ensure that the procurement process is followed based on company policy and procedures. Should have knowledge related to Civil industry material as well as construction project activity (Work contracts, new material etc.). Evaluate the vendor selection process and analyse the transactions. Procurement documents verification in techno-commercial aspects. Documents like; Purchase orders, work orders, Asset purchase orders and Import Purchase orders etc. Review the material quantity requirement in audit perspective by referring the drawings and other supporting documents. Ensure the material specifications are conform to the design requirement and Its feasibility. Analyse and prepare the reports of material study and consumption pattern in macro and micro level to identify the continual improvement area. Selected circumstances, prepare the rate analysis to identify the gap between estimated and actual work contract rate. Project site and factory visit whenever required.
