Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting recruitment data to support strategic decision-making and improve recruitment efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc. Support the recruitment team with data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all recruitment systems and reports. Collaborate with HR and recruitment stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency. Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree /MBA , Human Resources, Statistics, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as an MIS Analyst, preferably in recruitment or HR analytics. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and other data analysis tools. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large datasets. Good communication skills to present complex data in an understandable manner. Knowledge of recruitment processes and metrics is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation.
