Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Market Analysis: Analyze Pan-India sales performance , identify key trends, and forecast demand across different regions. Develop regional demand forecasting models to align inventory distribution and optimize product availability. Study customer purchase behavior, product preferences, and seasonal trends to refine marketing strategies. Provide insights on competitor pricing, market positioning, and sales tactics for competitive advantage. 2. Customer Insights & Retention Strategies: Build customer lifetime value (CLV) models to track retention rates and identify high-value customers. Analyze feedback, reviews, and sentiment trends to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop predictive analytics models to optimize personalized offers and pricing strategies. 3. Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization: Track inventory movements and optimize supply chain efficiency based on regional demand patterns. Monitor logistics KPIs to improve distribution network performance . Identify cost-saving opportunities using data-driven analysis on procurement and fulfillment processes. 4. Pricing & Revenue Optimization: Evaluate profitability of different product lines and suggest pricing adjustments. Track raw material cost fluctuations and recommend pricing strategies to maintain healthy profit margins. Conduct pricing elasticity studies to assess the impact of discount campaigns on revenue growth . 5. Data Automation & AI Integration: Leverage AI-driven analytics for forecasting and reporting automation . Implement interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to assist management in data-driven decisions. Work with IT teams to enhance data systems and reporting mechanisms . 6. Digital Marketing Analytics: Track website traffic, social media engagement, and digital campaign performance using Google Analytics, Power BI, and other tools. Monitor ad performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize digital marketing investments for maximum ROI. Conduct customer segmentation analysis to personalize promotions and retention strategies.
