Role Overview: The Logistics & Administration Executive will be responsible for overseeing all domestic and international deliveries (including exports and imports), coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch and documentation, and managing day-to-day administrative functions of the office. Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Delivery Management Coordinate domestic, export, and import deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods. Liaise with courier partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents for international shipments . Maintain shipment records, airway bills, invoices, and export documentation (like packing list, commercial invoice, etc.). Track shipments and update concerned teams on delivery status. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with shipping requirements. Handle claims and resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or losses. Administrative Responsibilities Oversee office administration, including stationery, maintenance, vendor coordination, and service management. Support HR and accounts teams in documentation, courier dispatch, and internal communication. Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing couriers and parcels. Assist in the procurement of office supplies and logistics materials as required. Manage petty cash for logistics and admin expenses and maintain records. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with production, inventory, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain MIS reports for deliveries and logistics costs. Suggest process improvements for efficiency in logistics and administration. Key Skills & Requirements Experience in logistics, export-import operations, or office administration (1–3 years preferred). Good knowledge of international courier and customs processes .
