As a pioneering Web3 gaming platform merging casino-style entertainment with blockchain technology, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, community growth, and brand strategy in the decentralized gaming space. You will play a crucial role in bridging Web2 gaming tactics with Web3 innovation, including NFTs, tokens, and DeFi integrations, while navigating regulatory landscapes. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategy & Campaigns: Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for Web3 casino/gaming products such as play-to-earn, NFT collectibles, and token rewards. Lead campaigns across growth channels like crypto communities, influencers, affiliates, and Web3 ad networks. Integrate tokenomics into user acquisition funnels. Community & Ecosystem Building: Grow and engage Web3-native communities through AMAs, contests, and governance participation. Partner with Web3 Key Opinion Leaders, guilds, and NFT projects for co-marketing. Manage CRM for player retention using on-chain and off-chain data. Brand & Content: Position the brand as a trusted, innovative leader in regulated crypto gaming. Create content explaining Web3 mechanics and oversee social media platforms with a Web3-first tone. Analytics & Compliance: Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, token holder growth, NFT sales volume, and on-chain engagement. Ensure marketing complies with gaming regulations and crypto laws. Monitor blockchain analytics for user insights. Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team and collaborate with product/dev teams on token launches, NFT drops, and feature promotions. Requirements: - Experience: 5+ years in gaming/casino marketing and 2+ years in Web3/crypto/NFT marketing. Portfolio showcasing successful Web3 campaigns. Deep knowledge of casino/gaming compliance. - Skills: Mastery of Web3 tools, expertise in blockchain analytics, and understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, and NFT utility in gaming. - Mindset: Adaptable to fast-paced, regulatory-heavy environments and a passion for blockchain's role in transparent, provably fair gaming.
