D365 F&O Senior Developer/Integration Specialist

As a Dynamics 365 Developer & Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing all technical aspects of the D365 Finance & Operations environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Customisation Review & Optimization: - Analyze existing customisations, extensions, and custom code to identify issues, inefficiencies, and risks. - Implement fixes and align all customisations with Microsoft best practices. - Recommend improvements or opportunities for redesign/simplification. - Integration Ownership: - Review current integrations including REST, OData, DMF, custom APIs, and Azure services. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data issues, or performance problems. - Ensure integration stability and accuracy across all environments. - Collaborate with vendors to maintain end-to-end reliability. - Critical Implementation Support: - Act as the technical anchor throughout all delivery phases including Pre-UAT, UAT, Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live, and Hypercare. - Provide support, resolve issues, validate cutover scripts, and ensure smooth test cycles. - Stabilize integrations, eliminate recurring issues, and improve performance during Hypercare. - Continuous Technical Improvement: - Proactively monitor system performance and integration health. - Optimize long-running processes, API calls, and data flows. - Stay updated with Microsoft releases and apply technical improvements. - Collaborate with functional leads to translate requirements into technical solutions. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Developer / Technical Consultant. - Strong X++ development background with hands-on experience in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, DMF packages, OData/Custom APIs, Service Bus/Event Grid, and Power Platform components. - Proficiency in environments, pipelines, deployments, and ALM. - Experience supporting UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare cycles. - Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide long-term technical solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with AP automation integrations, WMS/3PL integrations, dual-write or Dataverse, performance tuning, SQL optimization, Power Automate, and Power BI.
