About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) \ Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound prospecting and generate qualified opportunities for our Data & AI consulting team. The ideal candidate will identify high-potential accounts, conduct multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, and phone), and engage decision-makers to drive consistent pipeline growth across India and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot. Run personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, and phone calls to generate interest. Engage with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, IT Directors, and Analytics Leaders. Qualify leads based on business needs and potential fit for Cybrynes solutions. Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM ( HubSpot or Pipedrive ). Collaborate with leadership to refine ICP, messaging, and targeting strategies. Stay updated on trends in Data, Cloud, and AI technologies. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA (preferred). Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or SDR roles, ideally in IT or SaaS environments. Proven success in prospecting, cold outreach , and generating qualified leads for tech or consulting services. Technical & Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools. Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and outbound campaign strategy. Familiarity with Data Analytics, Cloud, or AI domains preferred. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong research and analytical ability for identifying key prospects. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment. Ability to personalize outreach and communicate effectively with senior decision-makers. Work Mode: Hybrid (Chennai preferred) with flexibility for remote collaboration.
