Job Title Planning Manager Job Description Summary Looking for experienced Planning Manager with 10-15 years of expertise in large-scale industrial projects. Proven background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is mandatory. Responsible for Monitoring and tracking project progress. Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports. Responsible for maintaining and refining the projects master schedule, incorporating all project phases, milestones, and key activities with all packages merged. Responsible for design coordination, delay analysis and resource analysis. Responsible for Preparing narrative and Critical Path analysis for Schedule. Responsible for Proactively identifying potential scheduling risks and work with the project team to devise mitigation strategies. Responsible for Ensuring efficient allocation and sequencing of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Responsible for Monitoring critical project milestones, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the broader project timeline. Responsible for Collaborating closely with project team, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of individual schedules into the overarching project timeline. Responsible for Preparation of the reports/trackers relating to the activities that have been or are being undertaken in connection with the development of the Project. Responsible for Preparation and submission of the WPRs, MPRs and other management reports as and when required. Responsible for Preparation of the reports relating to any and all Improvement Works undertaken or proposed to be undertaken. Responsible for Conducting periodic meetings to review: (i) construction site and quality issues; (ii) progress and scheduling with the Construction Team; (iii) the status of outstanding questions and technical queries; and (iv) safety issues; prepare the minutes of such meetings and promptly distribute such meeting minutes to the meeting attendees and the Company, within 2 (two) Business Days of the conclusion of each such meeting. Responsible for Ascertaining that Contractor Submittals are in compliance with the requirements of the Project Construction Contracts and are consistent with the Drawings and Specifications. Responsible for Coordinating the delivery by the Construction Team to the Company, of all As-Built Drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, guaranties, warranties, releases, affidavits, bonds, manuals, insurance certificates and other items required in terms of the Project Construction Contracts and in accordance with the Approved Schematic Design. Responsible for preparation and sharing monthly logistics plan. Responsible for coordination with contractors/consultants for GFC, shop drawings etc. About You: Candidates should hold a BE in Civil Engineering or a NICMAR qualification is preferred. Job Title Project Engineer Job Description Summary This role is responsible for managing all aspects related to billing, cost estimation, and quantity surveying and work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, cost control, and adherence to project budgets. About the Role: Develop and implement QS procedures and practices with contractors addressing units of measure, level of detail, frequency, deliverables, implement SOPs and guidelines for efficient implementation of given assignment. Assist in managing the contract through agreed valuations with the contractor based on site measured work as required. Check the JMRs on site. Study and Read GFC Drawings and technical documents to calculate quantities. Monitor drawing revisions and provide information to update quantities accordingly in the BOQ Verify the bills for all type of Civil works (Industrial / Residential / Commercial etc.) execution procedures and protocols Verify the bills based on IS code for measurement of all type of Civil works Study the QAP Of client and as per QAP Supporting documents needs to check while certify/Checking of bills Measure and support evaluation of variations with contractors and subcontractors by reference to appropriate bill of quantities and rates Prepare recommendations for invoice payments, post-contract cost control and final account Validation of different BOQ items based on Rate analysis Prepare various reports in Excel, Word, and Power point Verify various drawings using AutoCAD Prepare the Monthly/Weekly MIS For the Bill certification Certify bills in line with Contract Conditions, BOQ, GFC Drawing, and relevant IS Codes within stipulated timelines. Bills need to certify within stipulated timelines Participating and attends all review and special meetings Establishes strong linkages and alliances with other agencies Manage client management visit to site while effectively maintaining Client relationship Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle Other tasks and assignments as assigned by Operations Manager and Regional Director About You: Bachelors degree in, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Billing Engineer, or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques Proficiency in billing systems, and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with relevant construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards
