Job Description

Customer Support Executive – Healthcare Software

Company: Hextgen AI Medtech Pvt Ltd(https://www.hextgen.com/)

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad – In-Office

Experience: 0-1yr

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Timings: 9am to 6pm

Requirements

  • Age: 25–40 years
  • Diploma / Graduate
  • Fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Comfortable supporting customers on healthcare software
  • Handle customer queries, basic troubleshooting, follow-ups, and coordinate with the technical/product team
  • Own laptop mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
