Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via

  Voice & Email

  channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, provide accurate product/service information, and deliver high first-contact resolution (FCR).
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adhere to internal quality metrics.
• Document customer interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain clear, empathetic, and effective communication in both

  English and Hindi

  .

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

• Education:

  12th Pass (HSC) / Any Graduate / Undergraduate

  can apply.

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 months of mandatory experience in Customer Support (Voice + Email handling preferred).

• Language Skills:

  Fluent in

  English

  and

  Hindi

  (both verbal and written communication).

• Work Schedule:

  Flexible with 6 days of work per week (1 rotational day off) and Day Rotational Shifts.

• Location:

  Must be comfortably commuting to

  HSR Layout, Bangalore

• Availability:

  Immediate Joiners ONLY

Salary & Benefits

• Net Take-Home Salary:

  21,000 25,000 / month (based on performance and experience)
