Role & responsibilities Handle customer inquiries promptly Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer complaints effectively. Maintain records of customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues. Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed. Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions Need to adhere to the shift adherence Need to follow quality checks on call Qualification : Graduate and Under Graduated both Experience - Fresher & Experience Both Languages - English , Hindi , Kannada , Bengali , Gujarati , Tamil , Malayalam , Telugu ,Assamese etc
