Customer Support Executive (Specialised Queue)

We are hiring experienced customer support professionals for a specialised financial services process in Gurugram. The role involves handling complex taxation-related customer queries through chat and voice support while ensuring accurate information, compliance, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer queries related to taxation, tax deductions, and financial statements.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate guidance through chat (80%) and voice support (20%).
• Understand customer concerns and deliver effective resolutions within defined timelines.
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling financial and tax-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate team when required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the taxation domain or handling tax-related customer queries.
• Advanced C1-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of taxation-related queries and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage complex queries with accuracy and professionalism.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
