• Handle customer calls and explainproducts and services.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of documented Customer Support/sales experience.
• Sales Background: Candidates from any sales domain can apply.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (B2 level required).
