Job Description

We are looking for customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for a banking-related customer service and sales support process in Thane, Maharashtra.

The role involves assisting customers with enquiries about banking products and services, explaining product features and eligibility requirements, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting sales-related activities in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.

Candidates with good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Both freshers and candidates with relevant experience may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to banking products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria clearly and accurately.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Support sales and customer engagement activities in accordance with approved processes.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the designated systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Escalate complex enquiries and unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Meet assigned service quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with standard office applications.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn banking-related products and processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to process guidelines.
• Willingness to participate in the company's selection and assessment process.

Assessment: Candidates may be required to complete an English communication assessment, such as Versant, depending on the selection requirements.

Salary and Employment Options

Candidates may be considered for one of the following employment options, subject to eligibility and the final employment terms.

Option 1: NAPS Employment

• Approximate monthly in-hand amount: ₹21,000.
• Applicable stipend or compensation will be determined by the approved NAPS arrangement and relevant scheme requirements.
• Eligibility and employment terms will be explained during recruitment.

Option 2: Regular Employment

• Monthly Cost to Company (CTC): ₹22,000.
• Approximate monthly in-hand salary: ₹18,600.
• Actual take-home pay will depend on the final salary structure and applicable deductions.

The employment category, compensation structure, applicable deductions, and other terms will be communicated to shortlisted candidates before they make an employment decision.

Transportation Facility

Pick-up and drop transportation assistance is available from Thane Station, subject to designated routes, schedules, and company policies.

Transportation assistance during training may also be available, subject to the applicable company policy.
