Job Description – Customer Support Executive Position: Customer Support Executive Company: Raj Enterprises Location: (remote) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive at Raj Enterprises, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking information, placing orders, or requiring support regarding our range of hydraulic cement products. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally and promptly Provide detailed product information (cement types, pricing, delivery timelines, etc.) Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to manage orders and dispatches Maintain and update client records and communication logs Assist in resolving complaints, tracking deliveries, and following up on pending orders Support the preparation of quotations, invoices, and follow-ups for payments Build strong customer relationships through courteous and responsive service Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support or sales coordination (construction industry preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English mandatory) Basic knowledge of cement products and construction materials is a plus Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools Problem-solving attitude and a calm demeanor under pressure Ability to multitask and work independently Salary: ₹16,000–₹30,000/month (Negotiable based on experience) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
