The role involves providing timely and effective support to customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a willingness to travel as required. Responsibilities Provide first-level support to customers through calls, emails, or remote sessions Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues Travel across India to provide on-site support and training as needed Stay updated on product features and continuously improve support skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (technical background preferred) Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Willingness to travel as per job requirements Interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Equal Opportunity Statement Prosoft e-Solutions India Pvt.
