About the Role

CherishX is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with event details, bookings, pricing, timelines, and services.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Maintain customer service logs and CRM records.
• Follow up after events to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle urgent situations calmly and professionally.
• Customer-first attitude with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Graduate in any discipline.
