Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Customer Support Executive – International UK Voice Process for our Delhi office. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in International BPO, UK Voice Process, Inbound Customer Support, International Customer Service, UK Customer Care, Travel Reservations, Hospitality Bookings, Customer Service Executive or International Sales Process.

Evo Stays is a growing UK-based serviced accommodation and short-term rental company operating across London, Gravesend and Deal. We are looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused individual with excellent English communication skills to manage UK customer enquiries, accommodation reservations, guest support and booking-related sales.

The role combines inbound voice support, email and chat support, booking management, customer relationship management, sales conversion and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

International Customer Support & UK Voice Process

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers professionally and confidently.
• Respond to customer enquiries through telephone, email, WhatsApp and online booking platforms.
• Assist guests with check-in procedures, property access instructions, booking information and customer service requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and guest satisfaction.

Reservations & Booking Management

• Manage reservations and enquiries through Airbnb, Booking.com and direct booking channels.
• Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures and property-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate booking records and communicate with UK operational teams.

Inbound Sales & Booking Conversion

• Convert incoming accommodation enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with prospective customers and encourage direct reservations.
• Assist with corporate accommodation enquiries and repeat bookings.
• Identify opportunities to increase occupancy and accommodation revenue.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Assist with social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Create basic promotional content using Canva, ChatGPT and AI tools.
• Promote accommodation offers and support online lead generation.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns to generate new customer enquiries.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in International BPO, UK Voice Process, International Customer Support, Inbound Voice Process or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong telephone communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling UK or international customers preferred.
• Customer service, complaint handling and sales conversion experience.
• Good computer literacy, email communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to work office-based in Delhi during UK-aligned shifts.

Preferred Experience: International Call Centre, UK BPO, Travel Process, Hotel Reservations, Hospitality Customer Support, Booking.com, Airbnb, Inbound Sales, CRM Software, Social Media Marketing.

Salary & Benefits
