Customer Support Executive (Female)

You are invited to join our prestigious E-Commerce Company as an Executive - Customer Support. We are looking for female candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience in customer support. A graduation degree and excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role. As an Executive - Customer Support, you will be responsible for assisting our valuable customers with their queries and providing top-notch service. Your main duties will include addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 21,000 CTC, depending on your experience and skill set. The working hours are from Monday to Saturday in the day shift. Please note that this position is based in Chennai at either T.Nagar or Guindy locations. Kindly be informed that cab service will not be provided.
