Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-commerce Seller Support process in Pune.

The role involves handling seller queries, providing process-related assistance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate communication and case records.

Candidates with experience in customer service, chat support, international support, or e-commerce operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle seller queries through designated support channels.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
• Assist with account-related and operational queries.
• Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
• Maintain records of seller interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Escalate complex queries to the relevant department.
• Maintain service quality and productivity standards.
• Follow applicable company policies and data protection guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to follow processes and guidelines.
• Customer service or chat support experience will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Comfortable working from the office in Pune.

Salary and Facilities

• Monthly CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹32,000.
• Two-way cab facility for eligible shifts, subject to company policy.
• Full-time employment opportunity.

Note: The mentioned salary is CTC. Actual in-hand salary will depend on the final compensation structure.
