Job Description: ● To address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. ● Interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email and ensure that all customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.. ● Take ownership of customer issues. ● Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. ● Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers. ● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. ● Keep records of customer interactions, and calling data. ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Requirements: ● Qualification: Minimum of graduation in any field. ● Experience: 0 to 5 years. ● Language Preference: English, Hindi, Kannada and any other regional language. ● Willing to work on rotational & night shift. ● Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. ● Ability to work and support the team. ● Computer proficiency. ● Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable. ● Téléphonique Étiquettes. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
