Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused customer support executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and resolving queries efficiently through various communication channels (calls, emails, chats, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner Resolve product- or service-related issues promptly and effectively Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Provide product/service information to customers as needed Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus Preferred Skills: Problem-solving mindset Ability to remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail Fluency in [English/Hindi] Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
