Customer Support Executive- (3am To 11am Shift)

As a Customer Support Representative at Velozity Global Solutions, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through phone, email, or live chat channels with professionalism and accuracy. You will need to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting response time and resolution key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the team. In cases where resolution is not immediate, you will escalate issues to relevant teams while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or support tools. Your role will also involve working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely support delivery and adhering to company policies and shift schedules. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, along with the ability to remain calm and empathetic while addressing customer concerns. Basic knowledge of using computers, typing, and navigating web-based tools is required. Additionally, you should be comfortable working night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM.
