Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and call quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a voice-based customer service process.
