Customer Support Associate (Inbound Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide prompt, accurate resolutions.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively within defined SLA timelines.
• Support inbound sales by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless issue resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant CRM/internal systems.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, quality benchmarks, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer Focus:

  Strong customer service, interpersonal, and dispute-handling skills.

• Time Management:

  Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Skills:

  Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Eligibility:
