Job Summary

Infosys is hiring experienced professionals for the Vanguard Customer Support Process. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide effective support through the designated communication channels.

Understand customer concerns, identify issues, and provide accurate resolutions.

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

Ensure timely resolution of customer requests while adhering to process guidelines.

Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in internal systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.

Achieve assigned performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Work effectively in US rotational shifts and adapt to changing business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant customer support or customer service experience.

Any degree is acceptable.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in US rotational shifts.

Willingness to work from the office at Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore.

Salary & Benefits
