We’re looking for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who can handle customer queries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.✅ A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.✅ Ability to handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other channels.✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.✅ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
