Customer Success Manager – Academics

Educational Qualifications

• A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred; a bachelor's degree with strong subject expertise may also be considered.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable, particularly for candidates with a school education background.

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in teaching, academic coordination, assessment, curriculum development, examination management, or educational technology.
• Experience in assessment evaluation, grading standardisation, quality audits, or AI-based assessment systems is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer success, school implementation, stakeholder management, or educational consulting is an advantage.

Key Competencies

• Strong analytical skills to interpret grading data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to conduct school visits, perform customer health checks, identify operational gaps, and drive timely resolution.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage multiple customer engagements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
