Customer Success Intern

Zoop Energy operates in the EV and mobility ecosystem, offering services related to EV charging, vehicle challans, and other mobility solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer queries across calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with issues related to EV charging, challan payments, and related services.
• Help customers understand challan details, payment status, and resolution processes.
• Track and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months prior experience in a similar customer support role would be preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in EVs, automotive services, or digital platforms is a plus.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
