Job OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Success Associate who will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads and guiding them towards suitable insurance products. This role demands strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset. Roles & ResponsibilitiesOutbound calling to prospective leads to explain and suggest appropriate insurance solutions Build strong rapport and maintain customer engagement Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up Meet daily and monthly targets set by the operations team Handle objections with professionalism and persuasive communication Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication in English and Hindi No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) No grammatical or pronunciation errors Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Preferred: Experience in insurance domain or with sales acumen Optional: Proficiency in one of the TTMK languages – Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada QualificationsGraduation in any stream Open to freshers and experienced candidates Interview RoundsHR Round Versant Level 6 Certification Written Assessment Operations Round Client Round Female candidates: Day shifts only (up to 8 PM) Male candidates: Rotational shifts 6 days working with 1 weekly off If you have a passion for customer service and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we invite you to apply and join our growing team.
