Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Work from Office)

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives to manage inbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings (flights and hotels) via voice, chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries regarding flight and hotel bookings
• Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and courteous communication
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum: HSC (12th pass)
• Graduates preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Freshers and candidates with BPO/travel experience are welcome

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 CTC (₹17,000 in-hand)
• Experienced: Up to ₹24,000 CTC (₹21,000 in-hand)
• Performance-based incentives available

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
• Rotational shifts including night shifts (24x7 support)
