Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Process: International Voice / Non-Voice
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Location: Pune / Navi Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Work Mode: Work from Office

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat or email, depending on the Internationalprocess.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Update customer details in the system and follow process guidelines.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues when required.

Eligibility

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts, as required.
• Willing to work from the designated office location.
