Utilize blended process techniques to resolve complex customer issues escalated from semi-voice processes. Desired candidate profile:- Strong communication skills with excellent written English proficiency for effective email writing and query solving. With 6 months or more customer service experience is preferred but Freshers are also welcome to apply High School Diploma Experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector is a plus Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling Computer savvy Ability to work on semi-voice processes, including voice support if required.
