Customer Service Officer (Level 2)

Role & responsibilities

• Processing tasks/loans assigned as per defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines.
• Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence
• Meet daily/Weekly targets and deadlines
• Make Outbound calls to carriers and financial institutions to obtain customer information
• Adhering to company compliances and policies

Skills

• Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Good interpersonal and listening skills
• Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel
• Must have basic computer skills (Navigation and toggling between multiple screens)
• Must have good typing speed with 30-35 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Must be willing to work in flexible shifts (Night Shifts), multitask and be adaptable to change
• Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and strong navigation skills
• Proven experience in insurance domain
