Credence Global Solutions is hiring Customer Service Executives for its Operations – Collections team in Pune. If you have good communication skills, enjoy customer interaction and can confidently handle conversations and negotiations, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Communicating with customers in the US regarding overdue healthcare and telecommunications bills.
• Making primarily outbound calls and negotiating payment arrangements.
• Understanding customer concerns and helping resolve overdue accounts professionally.
• Maintaining accurate account records and following established compliance procedures.
• Managing customer interactions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Who can apply?

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a US shift.
• Third-party collections experience, especially in medical or telecom collections, is preferred.
• Customer service and international voice process candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

Work schedule

• US shifts scheduled between 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM.
• 7 hours 15 minutes of login time plus a 45-minute break.
• Sunday fixed off; alternate Saturdays are working.

Pay: ₹303,057.00 - ₹627,642.00 per year
