Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused and fluent Tamil- or Malayalam-speaking graduates to join our B2B customer service team for the Metropolis process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to assist business customers with their service-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and service requests professionally.
• Communicate with business customers in Tamil or Malayalam.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Maintain service quality and follow established process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate degree is mandatory.
• Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam is required.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage; candidates with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Shift Details

• Shift duration: 9 hours, including applicable breaks.
• Shift start times may vary between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
• Weekly off: Rotational.
