As a Customer service Agent at YummyCake, you'll play a vital role in helping customers and partner retailers. Your main job is to talk to customers, solve their problems quickly, handle their order end to end and make sure the order is delivered as per the customer’s requirement. You'll use phones, chats, and emails to help them out. You won't have to sell anything, so your only focus will be on making customers feel great about our service. Responsibilities: Respond to Inbound, outbound calls, internet queries and complaints to ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Organize and dispatch daily customer orders. Your main job is to help customers coordinate with partner retailers(vendors) by answering their questions and fixing any issues they have. You'll learn a lot about our products so you can give customers all the information they need. You'll work with the team to solve any problems customers have and make our help guides better. Keeping good records of all the talks you have with customers and partners is also part of your job. You need to coordinate with the vendors and make sure that they work according to the customers. Receive, track, and report on the conversion of all inquiries received via email and phone into sales Work closely with the service partners’ teams to ensure that all online purchases are delivered. Requirements and Skills: 2-4 years of experience in customer support, tele calling, or a related field. Having good computer skills. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Quick learner with the ability to understand products and meet customer requirements effectively. Proficiency in using computers and handling various software applications. Being polite and friendly while talking to customers is really important. This role does not involve sales targets, allowing you to focus solely on delivering exceptional customer support. This job is all about making customers happy; you won't have to sell anything. Team player Service oriented mindset Able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferably with customer service experience Able to work 6 day work week, 9 hour shift between 9-12pm.Need to be able to work weekends and do shift work.
