Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and courteous technical support. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. Educating customers about our products and services. Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved. Collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the relevant team members. Working on continuous improvement initiatives for the customer service process. Participating in training and development sessions to enhance skills. Providing feedback to management regarding product and service improvements. Meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics. Assisting with onboarding new team members. Staying updated on product knowledge and customer service standards. Contributing to a positive team environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot common issues. Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to build rapport with customers. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and schedules. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
